A slower paced class. Strong in part. Improve your posture, core and mobility and learn techniques to calm the mind.

Beginners are very welcome.

Light, bright, clean and underfloor heating and air conditioning. Free parking available and excellent local coffee shop for post yoga chat.

What to wear

Anything you are comfortable in and that you are able to move freely in and no… you do not have to take your socks off.
