A slower paced class. Strong in part. Improve your posture, core and mobility and learn techniques to calm the mind.
Drop in or secure your mat in advance leaving your name and your email/telephone number below plus please detail any health conditions or injuries you may have.

Cost £9 or £35* block booking for 5 weeks of nourishing and heart warming yoga.
*Regrettably no carry overs or class credits.
All props provided including blankets, blocks, bricks, belts and scented eye pillows.
