Flow classes

Flow classes have a peak pose which we journey towards. Flowing and rhythmic on our journey, naturally progressing from one posture to the next. Incorporating pranayama (conscious breathing) and relaxation, vital to balance the nervous system. Fun transitions and connecting vinyasas to build and retain the internal heat (agni) in our bodies.

Restorative classes

Restorative classes are slow, mellow and deeply relaxing. Submerge into a state of wholeness, connecting with your inner self. You will feel completely safe and supported by many props, bolsters and blankets as you journey to find inner peace, restore, relax and renew. Rest is fundamentally necessary to everyone’s wellbeing and through rest we find energy and vitality, balancing the fast pace world we live in.

Wellness/Viniyoga classes

Wellness classes/Viniyoga co-ordinating breath with mindful movement. Learn techniques to improve your management and understanding of specific body and mind conditions. Classes include rest and restore and mindfulness and there will be an element of creativity intertwined into each class to keep your mind entertained.

Improve your core, your posture and your flexibility, strength and mobility and mental state with intelligent yoga aligned to your needs. If you are concerned you can’t do yoga then this class is a great place to start your yoga journey.

Beneficial if you are experiencing chronic pain including back pain, arthritis or fibromyalgia. Helpful for those wanting relief from the symptoms of stress and anxiety or depression or for those recovery from illness or injury.

Beginners Yoga and Mindfulness

The perfect place to start or enhance your yoga journey. Beginning with the feet, our foundation in our lives. Explore physical postures (asana), mudras and bhandhas, breath work (pranayama), relaxation, active restoration and mindfulness.

Yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. With the attention on the breath we can still the constant chatter of the mind and become more present and able to enjoy our lives both on and off the mat.
