Just to let you know that I've now got some on-line classes.

Classes are FREE week commencing 13th April 2020.

If you do decide to join in then having booked you will be sent a zoom invitation.

If you'd sooner not be seen then that's ok, you can turn off your camera and still see me and others.

I appreciate that there is an abundance of yoga available on-line and it was with much trepidation I have decided to also dive in.  Overcoming my fears and worries.  Maybe that is one of the greatest lessons as we adapt to the changes; overcoming our own judgments which so often hold us back so I'm taking the leap and exploring different ways of reaching out and sharing.

Might be of interest to those who have graduated from the 10 week yoga4health course previously or those who wish to enjoy a soothing and slow yoga practice with some psycho-education, shared discussion and deep relaxation.

On-line in your homes. Please ensure you have lots of blankets and cushions and if possible a bolster or a couple of pillows.
