Stress, panic attacks and anxiety therapeutic yoga
3 week course.
Anxiety is designed to alert us to danger – to give us the energy to respond or to inhibit the dangerous activity. Anxiety is necessary but if we are more anxious than the scenario dictates then this is dysfunctional.
An opportunity to immerse yourself in a 3 week course of therapeutic yoga designed to penetrate deeply into your physical, energetic, mental and emotional self.
Build on the learnings from the Stress and Anxiety workshop. Learn how to change habits, change perspectives and sustain these changes.
Turn down the volume and establish a baseline that enables you to better cope with stress spikes without stress becoming chronic and prolonged.
Loosen the hold that anxiety has over you and transform this emotion into an energy that instead helps you to grow.
This course will include yogic philosophy, experiential anatomy, breath centric therapeutic yoga, mindfulness and restoration.
Take back control and improve the relationship you have with yourself and others.
It would be beneficial to have attended the Stress and Anxiety workshop although this is not essential.
