Ground and thrive in this drop in yoga class with a different theme each week. Rhythmic playlist and postures that flow from one to the other. Keeping you entertained and challenged within your own safe limits. Overcome your fear and reduce anxiety. Learn tools that you can take with you into your everyday live both on and off the mat. Class closes with deep relaxation. All props provided but please bring a mat if you have one and some funky leggings that make you smile.
