Yoga for Teens 6 Week Course

Discover how yoga can help you through tough phases of your lives.

Find your inner self and inner harmony in this chaotic world and understand your true nature.

Each week will be an opportunity to learn but also to let go.  Enjoy some fun and flowing yoga then find some rest and some relaxation.

Learn yoga tools and techniques that will help with stress, anxiety, depression, body image, poor sleep, build confidence and beat exam stress.

If course is conducted in school then all attendees are requested to take part in an anonomous survey both BEFORE and AFTER the course.  We collate these responses and present back to the school so the school have clear insight and understanding of the benefits of yoga in their students.

All attendees receive a certificate at the end of the course.

Please email for next available course or if you are interested in bringing this 6 week course into your school environment.

What the Year 10/11 in-school students are saying;

What the parents are saying;

I can't tell you how happy your classes are making my son, he is so thrilled and I'm over the moon.  It has long been a dream of mine and it's going better than I could have imagined.

Abbie did Jo's workshop for teenage exam stress relief and found it and the techniques it taught her very useful.

Alex thoroughly enjoyed Yoga on Monday. His takeaway is that it is was more challenging than he'd expected, in a good way; more physical than he'd realised, again in a good way; and he hadn't appreciated how under utilised many of his muscles are - which translates as he had some sore muscles yesterday.

I am delighted that Georgia enjoyed the first session - I can’t remember the last time she was so enthusiastic about something! She told me “I wasn’t asleep, but I felt all dreamy”. Brilliant! I think that means she must have been quite relaxed. Thank you.
